Issued for the "Freedom Vote" campaign attempting to show African American's desire to participate in the electoral process through a mock election w/ballots cast at churches, African American businesses and homes. Features an image of a worker in field w/headline "What Does The Future Hold For The Farm Worker?" Heavy handling including losses at top left corner and along edges. Good. Rare.
