1" reading "Air Cadets" at top while the wings and wreath designs are around his initials "JA." No backpaper as issued but with name of maker on curl "By Stanley Toronto." c. late 30s and only the third we've seen. Essentially Mint. See Jimmie Allen rare wings #1244. Comes with Hake's COA.
