This 1938 folder came with the following Silver Star Triple Mystery Ring. 3.25x6.6" folder opens to 6.5x9.5" and describes and pictures all the ring's features to be used only by upper rank Silver Star members. Special messages were broadcast for these members who used the "Code Key" printed beneath the ring's cover to set their 1938 Telematic Decoder to the Secret Code key number. Folder has two horizontal fold lines plus 2.25" partial split between open panels 1 and 2 and small .5" split between panels 2 and 3. Overall VG but quite clean. Reverse has "Silver Star Official Poem." Next item is the ring itself.
