Item Description
Matched pair of 11" tall stuffed cloth dolls w/moving heads and original thick felt ears. Knickerbocker, 1930s. Mickey Mouse is version w/formed cardboard shoes covered w/velveteen and has all four buttons on pants replaced w/matching yellow plastic buttons and doll is missing rubber tail and string whiskers. Face has even fade and some faint moisture staining to white portions of face and a few tiny spots of staining by mouth. Still displays Fine overall. Mickey requires a doll stand for display. Minnie has stitched cloth shoes and has original pattern cloth skirt and bloomers. Missing rubber tail but string whiskers present. Face has even fade and doll is evenly aged. Fine/VF overall. Stands for display. Both dolls have original oilcloth eyes, which exhibit some residue. Both also comes w/original die-cut Mickey Mouse string tag attached to wrists. Tag is folder style and opens to reveal both Knickerbocker name as well as that of both Mickey and Minnie and Disney copyright. Mickey's tag shows obvious wear w/creases and is VG. Minnie tag shows less wear w/smaller creases and is Fine overall. Nice matched pair to display together.
