Item Description
Brass ring with adjustable bands has very high relief leopard head on top with text around bkg. reading "Frank Buck's N Y W F Jungleland." This is our fourth example in 40 years and none of the examples we've seen had bright gold luster plating so we conclude the ring was not made with that type of plating. The entire ring has a muted, clean metallic brass finish. Values in the Hake Guide are - $1,600 Fine; $2,700 Near Mint. We grade this example as Near Mint.
