Item Description
Near set of five of six 3x5.5" 16-page comics issued one per pack of Pop-Tarts breakfast pastries. ©1966 NPP, Inc. Titles include - The Man In The Iron Mask, The Penguin's Fowl Play, The Joker's Happy Victims, The Catwoman's Catnapping Caper and The Mad Hatter's Hat Crimes. Missing only The Case Of The Batman II. Joker and Catwoman comics feature art by DC Comics legend Carmine Infantino. Issues were folded vertically once through the center when placed in the box. Issues are complete and show lt. even aging, some miscut as produced. The Mad Hatter issue has some scattered front cover staining and is Fine overall while rest show some lt. scattered wear and are Fine/VF to VF. This set is difficult to obtain due to some issues being short-packed.
