Item Description
First is 1.75" w/Columbus, Ohio back paper but company (four letters) name is not readable. This is a historic button which includes "June 5, 1917" which was the first of three registration mandates this being for men 21-31 under the slogan "Call To The Colors".  Second is 1" from Portland firm Irwin-Hodson with its great patriotic slogan. Both are NM and both are the buttons photographed for the book (pg. 177) Button Power by Carter/Hake. Comes w/Hake's COA.
