Item Description
10.75" tall exceptionally well-made doll w/stuffed fabric/felt body and interior wire armature for posing. Huey wears knit fabric shirt and matching cap w/felt brim. Complete w/original die-cut Lars tag attached to arm. The Italian company Lars made many Disney dolls throughout the 1960s and 1970s, but were not authorized to sell them in the US. This doll dates to the 1960s. Tag has crease and stain from price sticker. Fine. Doll is lightly aged w/some lt. glue staining to wrists where sleeves of shirt were once attached (now loose). Doll has some scattered staining, w/faint .75" and 1" circles of staining on head and hat w/some scattered staining to front of shirt. Fine overall. Scarce. Seated doll sits well for display.
