Item Description
2.5x3.5x6.75" box w/2x2.25x5.25" soap on a rope w/16.5" rope. Obviously influenced by the movie "Citizen Kane" and is in the shape of a sled and has a decal of a rose on it. Made c. 1940 by The Lightfoot Soap Co. Box features base w/removable top. Top of box features image of sled w/name spelled out w/rope. Side panels include images of children sledding amidst snowman, snowball fight, dog. Very lt. fading and surface paper rubs but Fine. Bottom has girl's name and date "1940." Soap has moderate aging, in one piece and has 1" chip off of upper rim. Decal has begun to peel off but is still intact. Rope has some lt. spotting. VG.
