Item Description
24x30" matte w/20.75x26.75"opening. TR featured in Rough Rider uniform w/eagle, shield and hanging sword at center. Mounted to matte board. Edge chipping around circumference w/all but two areas of loss, at bottom right and top left corner, covered by the double matting. Damp stain in top field, scattered tears along top edge most notably affecting the "erno" of "Lieut. Governor" at top right. Technically Good but displaying well above grade.
