14x22" on thin cardboard w/"T. J. Hayes Printing Co. New York City" at lower right. Featuring slogan "Keep Progressive Government." Toning throughout, scattered edge/corner losses, minor separations and paper chipping. Good. The future President won his re-election campaign by a slim margin despite the defeat of former NY Gov.
