Item Description
7.25x10.25", 48-page Plain Dealer newspaper supplement for the week of Sept. 18, 1964. Front cover features caricature cartoon of The Addams Family. This supplement was for the week that both The Addams Family and The Munsters debuted. Page 21 features "Recruit Car 54's Sarge For Monster" article concerning The Munsters and features brief interview w/Grandpa Munster actor Al Lewis. Page 43 features "Homework Will Be Scuttled When Weirdies Appear On Tube" article w/photo of John Astin as Gomez Addams and Carolyn Jones as Morticia Addams. Complete w/bound-in insert coupon. Crossword puzzle has been filled out in pencil. Supplement is evenly aged and has some oxidation to staples and pinch creasing but is Fine/VF overall. Rare regional issue, the first example we've offered in our 54 years.
