Item Description
1.75" with same image as previous button, but somehow the negative got flipped and the image and text were printed on the photo paper backwards. As these are low production (more costly) real photo buttons, presumably the error was quickly discovered and rectified- with at least this one error button as a survivor. It must have had active use as a novelty item as there is denting on the metal back (not felt on the cello front) and in reflected light there is all over scratching, but just one scratch a bit deeper and more obvious than the rest in reflected light. This image is just a tiny fraction less sharp than the preceding button, but Grange's facial detail is all but just as clear. Still Fine. Very possibly unique. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
