21 5/8x33" ©1971 Marvel Comics Group. This is #4023. Titled "Spiderman and Namor". Based on Gene Colan/Sam Grainger artwork from Sub-Mariner issue #40. Printed in special fluorescent inks on high quality paper. Moderate aging/wear. Minor paper creases. Edge wear w/small tears. Tips of three corners missing and 2" edge tear at right center. Multiple tack holes on all four corners and all sides near center margins. Some aged tape on back and minor small stains. Overall displays nicely. Good/VG. Vibrant colored poster is beautiful and scarce.
