Item Description
8.25x10.75" magazine w/68 pages. Vol. 1, #10, published by Elegant Publications, Inc. Sept. 1965, magazine was tailored towards African-American teens and features typical teen magazine content, including music fashion and pop culture. Of particular note, issue includes four-page photo feature where Elegant Teen staff visit the set of The Munsters and four-page spread on The Munsters vehicles The Munster Coach [sic] and Drag-U-La w/photos. Centerfold loose but included and issue is complete. Front cover has inked "Ebbtide" text written at top margin above photo cover of The Munsters cast. Pinch creases to spine w/some scattered handling wear. Fine/VF. Obscure magazine w/low print run. Only copy of this issue featuring The Munsters known to us. Very rare a desirable Munsters item.
