Item Description
Original mailing envelope w/"Anglo American Publishing Co. Ltd. return address and typed recipient name/address contains 3x4.75" screen-printed patch from part of 1948 series of "Glo-Crests" produced by Anglo-American Publishing Co. Series consists of ten glow-in-the-dark patches that include Captain Marvel, Commander Steel, Crusaders, Dr. Destiny, Freelance, Hurri-Kane, Kip Keene, Purple Rider, Red Rover and Terry Kane. Envelope shows obvious aging/wear and is VG. Despite issues, envelope is very rare and the first example we've seen in our 54 years. Patch is NM and still glows brightly. As nice as they come. Scarce and the most desirable of the series.
