Item Description
12-3/8x12.5" illustrated album cover features large record image and cover to Fantastic Four #1 comic book. Part of a series of four records issued w/comic book reprints by A.A. Records, Inc. ©1966 Marvel Comics Group. Records were issued to help promote literacy and record features a word-for-word reading of the comic book, complete w/sound effects and page instructions. This is SLP185. Set remains tightly factory-sealed. Comic is a vintage reprint (w/o price on cover) of Fantastic Four #1 and remains secured tightly in place as sealed. Both LP and comic are NM and we have never seen a nicer example in our 54 years. These sets are becoming more and more popular and sought after and high grade, sealed copies such as this rarely come up for sale. Our consignor just happened to have another sealed copy (bought new at the time of issue) which sold in our last auction for $2,026. Who knows when we will be able to offer another like this.
