7x9.25" pair of blister cards contain 4.5" tall action figures w/mini comic books: Joker and Penguin w/"Power Action" from Kenner's "Super Powers Collection" of action figures based on DC Comics characters. ©1985 DC Comics Inc. US 23-back cards. Unpunched Joker card and punched Penguin blisters are clear. Penguin blister has upper right dent. Lt. aging/wear. Joker card has glue residue from price sticker but displays Exc. Penguin card has price sticker glue residue on front, lt. creases and black marks across top back edge. Figures and mini comics are NM as packaged.
