2-5/8” tall. c. 1930s. Character name and copyright of “Sol Hess” and “Germany” on reverse. Tiny bump of original blue elastic on hat top, but rest of elastic gone and at some point head was glued to body. Paint remains Exc. with just few pinpoints of blue off cap.
