Item Description
8.5" tall hand-painted hard resin 2-Up Sgt. Slaughter hardcopy paint master. Prototype of Series 5 Sgt. Slaughter V.2 action figure, which was issued exclusively w/the Triple-T Tank beginning in 1986 (see Sgt. Slaughter Final Engineering Prototype, item #1900). This was the second G.I. Joe Sgt. Slaughter figure, and the first that wasn't a mail-order exclusive. Non-articulated figure has individual components glued together and is painted similar to how to the produced figure was decorated. 2-Up shows some trace wear to flesh-colored areas of arms/hands and jawline as well as edges of Slaughter's combat boots and belt buckle area. Small spot of material adhered to peak of Slaughter's hat. Still VF overall for display and an unique and rare 2-Up prototype of an extremely popular G.I. Joe character.
