Large 30.75x37" frame that contains uncut proof sheet featuring proof for Series 1 Motorized Battle Tank (MOBAT) box w/Tank Commander, Code Name: Steeler action figure. Proof sheet has been professionally double-matted to 26x32.5". ©1982 Hasbro. Spots .5" to .75" spots of faint aging in white areas of proof sheet w/2" line of scuffing at bottom.. just right of center. VF overall. Great piece of G.I. Joe pre-production history.
