Tiny text at bottom notes "Entered According To An Act Of Congress In The Year 1865 By James Logan." Handbill/ broadside appears paper backed. Edge chipping and light handling. Fine. Not examined out of professional frame that utilizes TruVue glass blocking 97% of UV rays.
