DC. Joker appearance. First appearance of Linda Page. Bat emblem left off of Batman's chest on cover. Bill Finger story. Bob Kane cover and art w/additional art by Jerry Robinson. As for CGC conservation note, this is designated as "Tear Seals To Cover, Spine Split Sealed To Cover, Cover & Centerfold Reinforced." CGC "Conserved" grade is defined as repairs done using only rice paper, wheat glue, vintage staples and archival tape. Any other materials would change classification to "Restored." Off-white to white pages.
