Item Description
Best known for its inclusion of three Shaquille O'Neal rookie cards along with one of the 1990's most popular insert sets, this set is highly coveted among basketball card enthusiasts. Further adding to the collectability is the fact that this complete Stadium Club base set of Series 1 + Series 2 (400 cards total), is a scarcer parallel version known as the Stadium Club "Members Only" issue. The "Members Only" base cards can be identified by an additional gold foil logo in the top corner. Also included with this special offering is a "Members Only" parallel version of the 21 card Beam Team insert set, which are differentiated from the regular Beam Team cards by a subtle watermark at top. The full "Members Only" set also came with an official 1992-93 Stadium Club Basketball binder and a COA numbered 4,495 of 12,000 but the actual print run is suspected to be lower than that amount. Although many Hall of Famer's are included in the beloved Beam Team set, by far, the two keys are Michael Jordan and Shaquille O'Neal. Both of these have been graded by PSA with MJ receiving a MINT 9 grade and the Shaq card garnering a NM-MT 8. All other cards appear to be in the same high grade condition. Moderate wear to the custom binder.
