Issued for the Aug. 18, 1972 world day of solidarity. Three horizontal and one vertical fold w/tiny hole at top junction. Minor edge & handling wear. VF. Uncommon. Organization In Solidarity With The People Of Africa, Asia And Latin America (OSPAAAL) was founded during a 1966 conference in Havana, Cuba attended by delegations from 82 countries.
