24" long stiff felt w/2.25" litho button pined at top left. Issued for the events around the 25th anniversary of the March on Washington for Jobs & Freedom where Martin Luther King's 'I Have A Dream Speech." Pennant has folds at end and two pin holes at top/bottom left edge. VF. Button has only light wear. NM.
