Item Description
Sizes 1.25" to 1.5". All cello except first is litho and rare in this 1-3/8" size. Three tiny rub dots on face. Second from Wisconsin issued while Gov. Heil was in office 1941-43. Third is for young people's club, exact issuer unknown and with 1.5" edge on back not folded under the collet but laying flat and tight. Four and five are same design with red rim rare and blue rim scarce. Sixth with colors and style same as #5, has Midwest Badge on curl. Likely references return of MacArthur to USA and return of this company, founded in 1924, to post-war civilian tool production. Last c. 1948 likely for presidential hopeful effort and w/small blending stain traces on rim. All except as noted are Exc. to NM. John Pendergrass Collection.
