Item Description
11" long. Large and impressive painted tin/tin litho with rubber tires and tin litho hubcaps. Made by Marusan/Kosuge (as marked on underside) in Japan for distribution by Line Mar (as marked on back window shelf). Nicely detailed with plated bumpers, grill, lights, hood ornament and window frames. Has tin litho Chevrolet emblems on hood/trunk, Bel Air trim on rear fenders and colorful litho interior w/dashboard. Working friction. Manual steering front wheels. Lt. aging/wear. Small nicks. Displays VF. Overall a great example of the automotive toys produced in Japan in the 1950s.
