Covers are extremely clean and bright with some minor corner tip wear and mild color rubs, not really detracting from overall condition of book. Pages have aged to a cream color but remain supple. VF/NM. Choice condition, rarely found this nice. Overstreet 2006 VF/NM value = $1,750.00.
