Crease/split are not that noticeable and do not greatly detract from overall appearance of book. Binding has tear to interior where cover meets front title page. Pages retain their beautiful color with some very minor soiling at margins from reading. Second page of story has two tears at bottom right-hand corner approximately 1” each. Other than that, pages retain a VF appearance. Some small areas of surface paper lift to extreme margins of front cover. Book remains completely intact and is structurally Fine.
