3.5x9x7" tall. Wood pull toy w/checkered fabric bow. Label at front of base reads "Fala The Scottie Copyright 1943, New Enterprises, Winston - Salem, N.C." Tail wags as toy moves forward w/mechanism and wheels using no metal due to the war effort. Fabric loss to bow and wear to decal. Fine. Mike Nichols Collection.
