CAS graded and encapsulated 12x19.25" box flat for 12.5" tall poseable action figure by Mego Corp. for distribution in Canada by Parkdale Novelty Co., Ltd. ©1977 Marvel Comics Group. Item No. 4032. Canadian bilingual text on flat, which shows 12.5" Spider-Man and Hulk figures on backside. Flat is complete w/window intact and has never been folded. Top edge flap has small stain and tiny tear. CAS graded 75. Comes with CAS Statement of Archival. Rare. Bill Byers Collection.
