Please note, the photos of the set shown here are examples only, this lot is for a set still sealed as issued from the manufacturer. The shipping carton has "Mobile Fidelity" mailing label and custom packing tape on box edges. One edge has 8" split in the tape but all else is still tightly sealed as issued. Box has other lt. wear with some surface paper off one side. Issued in 1982. The LP set comes in a 12.5x13x6.5" deep specially designed box w/hinged doors w/latch. Box holds 13 albums (14 records), all half-speed master recordings: Please Please Me, With The Beatles, A Hard Day's Night, Beatles For Sale, Help!, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's, White Album, Yellow Submarine, Abbey Road, Magical Mystery Tour, Let It Be. Album covers have been reworked to feature master tape boxes/log sheet. Records are pressed on virgin vinyl. Also included is oversized booklet w/the official album cover images and information along w/numbered COA page, Geo-Disc alignment tool, warranty paper and MF catalog. Also comes w/photo copy of the original receipt dated 12/18/82 and noting retail price of $325. This set now routinely exceeds $1,000 for a high grade example, but finding a set sealed as this one is, is a true rarity. A set of the highest quality and design and in the highest grade possible. The Beatles have never sounded better than on this impressive set. Still highly coveted by audiophiles even with the countless remasters that have followed.
