Item Description
These 1930s dolls came in a variety of styles/sizes. This is 8.5" tall all velveteen w/exception of ears and five-fingered hands (which are felt) and bottom of shoes (which are leatherette). Has metal dome eyes. Four plastic pants buttons, string whiskers and arms/legs have wire inserts for posing. As typical, rubber tail is missing. Has registry No. 750811 at neckline. Shoulders have been jointed for use as a marionette and comes w/attached wooden control. Doll has even aging and is VF overall. Marionette strings are a bit tangled w/one or two being loose but main strings are still attached. We have sold many different Dean's Mickey Mouse dolls over our 54 years, but this is our first marionette.
