Item Description
8.5x15x2.25" deep wooden box possibly English made 1920s or earlier. Hinged lid opens upright to reveal die-cut clowns which hold provided butterfly nets of wire and cheesecloth. Object of game similar to tiddly winks trying to put tokens in these nets. Wooden lid has overall aging, small chip at one corner, applied paper label has rippling and 3" tear in center. VG/Fine. Interior paper litho has some spotting and rippling. Still displays Fine/VF. Comes with original instruction sheet. Interesting early variation of tiddly winks game.
