8.25x11" program w/68 pages. 7x10" four-page program. Program was © 1959 by Playboy Jazz Festival Inc. and was printed to coincide w/Aug. 7-9, 1959 Playboy Jazz Festival in Chicago. Features "Biographies Of Playboy Jazz Festival Stars" including discographies available at the time. Bios include Louis Armstrong, Count Basey, Dave Brubeck, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie. Also includes several other articles on jazz-related information. Still has bound-in subscription card. Moderate pinch creases to spine, lt. handling wear o/w VF. Program insert front features large advertising photo of Baron and Lady Wolfschmidt w/details of festival inside. Has some aging, some creases running horizontally and vertically through middle as folded. Fine.
