Item Description
The issue features guest appearances by Superman, Batman and Flash. In addition, Green Lantern also steps down as chairman and Hour-Man is replaced by Starman. The book grades VF/VF-. The following defects kept he book from grading higher: the staples are a hair inside the cover, causing a slight roll that moves toward the bottom, the bottom of the spine has a 1/8” tear. The pages are white.
