Item Description
11x13x1.5" deep box w/"Contents Of Box: Diecut Sheets To Make The Playhouse, Toys And Furniture; A Shirley Temple Standing Doll; A Wooden Base For The Doll; Costumes And Separate Accessories For The Standing Doll." Constructed house is 13" tall. Made by Saalfield in 1935. 8.5" single-sided cardboard doll of Shirley comes w/two uncut sheets containing 10 outfits and seven accessories. House has 1" base w/3.5" tall diecut flowers for yard and shelves at windows for potted flowers. Roof can be removed to reveal cardboard diecut doll furniture of table, chair and a floor w/printed rug design. Door opens. Very interesting and well constructed paperdoll house designed by Corinne and Bill Bailey. House has been assembled but costumes are uncut. Pieces all in Exc. condition. Box lid and tray have two corner splits and some edge wear and tape repairs. Fine w/VF appearance. Rare.
