Item Description
3.75x15x1.25" deep box contains English set from the 1950s w/paper label on one end panel that has printed stock number of "970" although as issued, this has been crossed off w/ink number added of "908." Box label features soldier battle scene. Lid has 1.5" split on front side panel plus three other partial corner splits but overall still remains tight. Scattered trace of dust soiling to the label. Fine. The cast metal set consists of six different soldiers, 1.25" to 2.75" tall, all still attached to box insert which has Timpo foil corner sticker. Soldiers are ceremonial marching, on guard, walkie-talkie, field telephone, observer, officer w/map. All are nicely detailed. On guard figure's bayonet has st. bend but is attached o/w set is Mint as issued.
