Complete set of six, typically 9" tall. Soft vinyl heads and versions with google eyes rather than painted eyes and cloth bodies. Set includes Howdy Doody, Clarabell, Princess Summerfallwinterspring, Mr. Bluster, Dilly Dally and Flub-A-Dub. Howdy Doody and Princess both have portions of their cloth body made with material featuring images of Howdy Doody characters. Puppets are unmarked but by Peter Puppet. c. 1950s. With exception of Clarabell, heads have some light paint rubs but are overall these puppets are VF. Clarabell has more paint rubs to raised portions of hair and a 2" tear by shoulder connecting to neck and a .5" split to vinyl under chin. Body also has significant dust soiling. VG.
