Item Description
2.5x4" on card stock. From a Memorial Day speech given on May 14, 1901. McKinley was supposed to address students at the college, then later lunch at the Burlingame Club, but he and his wife decided not to attend, after his wife fell ill. Scattered faint spotting and moderate edge wear and handling. VF.
