Item Description
6.25" long w/union bug in lower margin. Scattered diagonal folds and two pin holes at top just above the "R" in "Reception." Extremely Fine. FDR toured the Northwest this day seeing Victoria, British Columbia and the Olympic Peninsula where he spoke in support of establishing the area as a national park. Olympic National Park was created nine moths later. A rare single day event ribbon.
