Item Description
10" long tin litho. By TN/Shinkosha Japan 1960s. Box has overall dust soiling and spotting and 2x1" tear on lid. VG. Toy works and performs the following functions - runs in figure 8 direction, policeman whistles when cycle is stopped and pushes up and down on clutch pedal. Arms are a bit loose and would benefit from re-stringing. Scattered paint nicks but glossy. VF.
