Item Description
5" tall bottle w/threaded plastic cap. Paper label reads "H. H. Humphrey/Prescription Druggist /Huron, S. Dakota", his family's pharmacy which predates his political career. This is a medicine bottle from that South Dakota pharmacy where he worked w/his father between 1931-1937 before moving to Minneapolis to climb the political ladder taking him through campaigns for Mayor, then Senator, then VP. Paper label shows aging. Otherwise only minor handling wear. Fine. Rare.
