Item Description
This 1-1/8" litho with Chicago union bugs on reverse is one of the best WWII cartoon buttons. Uncle Sam, as a "World Champion" boxer has "U.S." on his trunks and an American flag tattoo on his muscular arm. His left fist is delivering a knock-out blow to the chin of the uniformed Japanese Prime Minister with caption "Fist To Meet You Mr. Tojo". Bottom edge has " ©AS". Probably a 10% fade of red but barely noticeable and a bare minimum of very minor actual paint wear. Glossy and VF. Classic and scarce.
