Item Description
1.25" with W&H paper. Surely one of the more bizarre give-away buttons of this expo. Minutely detailed black hearse with horse hitch was a cutting edge product of Rock Falls Mfg. Co. in Sterling, Ill with roots back to an 1880s casket maker. The hearse business was added c. 1885 and lasted into the era of motorized vehicles. Outer edge has numerous but tiny gray dots. No color fade and great gloss. VF. Scarce.
