Item Description
Large 36-1/8x42-1/8" blueprint schematics detailing the Death Star Docking Bay and underside of the Emperor's Lambda Shuttle, as seen in 1983's Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi. This first generation blueprint features designs by Norman Reynolds and sheet is dated April 1, 1982. Rendered in scale approximating .5" equaling 1', blueprints show detailed floor design of "Death Star Docking Bay" as well as rear view of "Underside Shuttle Details" which consist of bottom rear and rear landing gears for Imperial Shuttle. Lower right corner has printed block of text w/"Star Wars 'Jedi'" project name as well as Chapter III Productions Ltd. copyright. These blueprints were utilized in Shane Johnson's Star Wars Technical Journal, having been obtained directly from the studio. Blueprints have been rolled and are evenly aged w/scattered handling/margin wear and tears along top margin. Fine overall and would make for nice framed display.
