Item Description
1.25" with back paper of Cammall Badge Co. Boston, apropos, since this button was worn by one of some 175 passengers on a special chartered train named the Eddie Mack Special, at one time he was the National Boxing Association Junior Lightweight Champion, traveling from Boston to Miami for, as the 3.5" ribbons state "Sharkey-Scott Fight/Miami, Fla. Feb. 27, 1930".  Babe Ruth and other celebrities attended this fight. Button has tiny faint dot at 3 o'clock and ribbons have lost small bit of gold color. One known to us. Rare. VF.
