Item Description
First two are 1.75" and third is 1.5". First has 1898 W&H back paper, second is real photo with 1898 patent date on concave tin back w/bar pin and third has St. Louis Button Co. paper. First reads "K.U.'98" w/football below young men some in coats and ties and some in athletic wear. Second is sharp photo of team in uniforms (except coach) with second row fourth from left holding ball. This reads "Rock-Chalk/Jay-Hawk/K.U." Third with ball over megaphones reads "K.A.C. Rooters Club". 1928. All Exc. to NM and Rare. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
