Item Description
Lot of four cards and one mailing envelope. Only one of the four is not a Christmas card and this features Walt Kelly art of Donald's nephews on a scooter. This card was issued in two different sizes and this is 4.25x5.5". Next is 3.75x8.75" from the early 1940s and one of the first subscription cards. Art is by Tom Wood who worked on the Disney Good Housekeeping pages and features Disney characters parading towards a Christmas tree. Next is 3.75x8.75" 1946 card with Walt Kelly art of Goofy and Donald's nephews as reindeer pulling sleigh containing Mickey and Donald as Santa plus Dopey. This comes with the mailing envelope which features additional art of these characters on front and back. Final card is 6.5x9" from the 1950s depicting Mickey, Donald and Goofy carrying Santa. All items have light wear/aging but lot is Fine/VF. Nice group.
